Engineered for all-scenario use, the new photochromic gradient color lenses feature a distinctive gradient color transition design. The lenses remain completely clear indoors, delivering ultra-clear, unobstructed vision for daily office work, reading and indoor activities. When exposed to outdoor ultraviolet rays, they intelligently darken into a natural gradient tone, with a deeper color shade on the upper lens area to effectively block harsh sunlight and UV glare, and a lighter tone on the lower section to ensure smooth, comfortable near vision. This unique gradient design balances sun protection and visual fluency perfectly.
The new product is now firstly available as pioneer as 1.5 index RX lenses, covering three classic and practical color options: gradient grey, gradient brown and gradient green. With a maximum color depth of up to 80%, the lenses deliver outstanding light-shielding performance while avoiding overly dim vision, achieving an optimal balance between eye protection and visual clarity.
In terms of product adaptability, the new product is available in semi-finished lens blanks. This supports diverse free-form lens designs and lens processing solutions, enabling opticians to tailor professional lenses to meet personalized prescription and wearing needs of different customers.
The new product is scheduled to be officially available for order in June 2026, bringing a new high-quality vision option for global consumers and optical partners.
