The core raw materials for 1.74 index lenses stay in tight supply across the globe, driving a steep uptick in manufacturing costs — a widespread challenge throughout the entire optical lens industry, not only our company but also other well-known branded companies over the world.
The price revision is essential to offset these escalating expenses and to ensure a stable, long-term product supply.
